You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping in this case is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that items must be in "as new" condition or some fees may apply.
If your return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), return shipping costs will be covered by IMMOLATION-STORE.com. Please note that all defected or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Currently we are only shipping within the United States at this time. We are in the process of opening up our online store to the world and will be making announcements as new regions become available.
When you place an order, your shipping cost will be provided to you at check out. All shipping costs are estimated by weight and include handling fees.
Most rates are based on U.S. flat rate services. There are no expedited services at this time.
